1. Introduction

Welcome to Precision Solutions. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our printing, mailing, or design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services Provided

Precision Solutions offers a range of printing, mailing, wide-format, and marketing-related services. All services are provided based on the specifications submitted by the customer. While we strive for accuracy and quality in all printed materials, final results depend on customer-provided files, instructions, and approvals.

3. Orders & Approvals

3.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate files, artwork, and information related to their order. This includes sizing, layout, colors, spelling, and design details.

3.2 Proofs & Approval

Before production begins, you may receive a digital proof (depending on the service).
Once a proof is approved:

  • The order is considered final
  • No additional changes can be made
  • Precision Solutions is not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof
3.3 Minimum Orders

Certain products and services require minimum quantities or minimum order values. These will be provided at the time of ordering.

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for the timeframe communicated on the quote.

4.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production begins, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing. Precision Solutions accepts multiple forms of payment, including major credit cards.

4.3 Taxes

All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.

5. Turnaround Times & Production

Production times vary based on order size, material availability, and project complexity. Estimated production timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including supply chain interruptions or shipping delays.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

6.1 Delivery Options

Customers may choose from in-store pickup, local delivery (when available), or shipping via third-party carriers.

6.2 Shipping Liability

Precision Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by third-party carriers. Once the order leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility.

6.3 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery information. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.

7. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because all products are custom-made, Precision Solutions does not offer refunds on completed print orders.

Reprints may be offered under the following conditions:

  • The error was caused by Precision Solutions
  • The product deviates materially from the approved proof
  • The customer notifies us within 48 hours of receiving the order

Issues resulting from:

  • Low-resolution files
  • Spelling errors
  • Color variations due to screen differences
  • Customer-provided incorrect specifications
    are not eligible for reprints.

8. File Requirements & Print Quality

8.1 File Format

We recommend high-resolution PDF files with embedded fonts for best results. Other formats may be accepted but may require additional setup fees.

8.2 Color Variations

Due to differences between digital screens and printed output, color variations may occur. Precision Solutions is not responsible for slight color shifts resulting from the printing process.

8.3 Image Rights

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have obtained appropriate permissions. Precision Solutions is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements caused by customer-submitted materials.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, content, and materials created by Precision Solutions remain the property of Precision Solutions unless otherwise stated. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Precision Solutions is not liable for:

  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data is used only for processing orders, communication, and service improvement.

12. Modifications to Terms

Precision Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
